“Stratus Unplugged is an invaluable tool when I’m out of the office. With clients, I can quickly satisfy their curiosity with listing information about houses we drive by instead of telling them, "I'll look it up back at the office". They are very impressed with the level of service I provide. I get instant property records on FSBO'S and the full color photos of homes are great. Unplugged is easy and simple to use.”

When I search in Stratus, old results are displayed?

To try and make your Internet experience faster, Internet Explorer saves old
versions of the web sites you visit so that it doesn’t have to download the whole page later. This is great for websites that changes very little over time, but causes old information to be displayed in websites that change often (i.e. CNN.com or Stratus) to correct this:

  1. Open Internet Explorer, go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS. This will bring you to the General tab
  2. Under the heading Browsing history click on SETTINGS
  3. 3. At the section titled “Check for newer versions of stored pages” make sure "Every time I visit the webpage" is selected. Click OK
  4. Also under the heading Browsing history click on Click on the DELETE button
  5. Check the boxes next to "Preserve Favorites website data”, Temporary Internet Files” and “History” and click Delete
  6. Click OK, then close Internet Explorer
